So I went to Starbucks on my way to class last night as usual. At this particular Starbucks, if it’s after dark, I use the drive-thru instead of going inside. I pulled up to the speaker, braced myself for the usual over-friendly greeting, and was presented with this:
“GOOD EVENING AND WELCOME TO STARBUCKS ~ WHERE ALL YOUR COFFEE DREAMS CAN COME TRUE! WHAT’S YOUR DREAM TONIGHT?”
Huh? ‘Scuse me? WTF?????
I know I’m not the most chipper, cheery girl on the block, and I’m really OK with that. But PUH-LEAZE!
This guy’s enthusiasm for coffee (and his job, too I might add) has reached an unhealthy level. Had I not been so shell-shocked by the greeting, I would have had enough brain function left to whip out the trusty camera and snap a pic of him popping his arms straight up in the air and letting loose with a “Woo-Hoo” every time a cup of coffee was done being made.
No, really. I could NOT make this shit up.

Continuing on…
I came across another little gem on the internets this morning. Courtesy of Rabbitch. Have you heard of Gizoogle yet?
No?
Go.
Check it out.
NOW.
My head, face, and stomach are still hurting from my early morning laugh-fest.
I used my own blog address in the search bar, but it does any page.

And, just for sheer cuteness, have you seen Kate Gilberts new pattern? I’ve already ordered my copy and think I must make a pair for Christmas.
Don’t look at me like that. It’s totally do-able.
Have a bootylicious day!

It’s cruel of corporate America to force employees to humiliate themselves that way. There are none of us out here who believe he’s doing that because he wants to ~ he’s doing it to keep his job, and that’s just wrong. Ok, rant over.
Love Gizoogle. I snorted tea out my nose reading our blog ‘refined’ through that site! Trust Rabbitch to find the gems first.
